Reaching Your Customers in a Post-Pandemic World - CWE RI - Jun 12

We continue to be in a business and economic crisis and things are likely to remain “not normal” for some time to come, even as the economy begins to open back up. This means you need to be strategic about your planning and communications in order to ensure your efforts — from operations to marketing — are strong and effective. Revisiting how you’re communicating with your customers is vital. Everything you put out needs to HELP them know you care, that they’re a priority, that you offer great value and expertise, and most importantly, how to continue buying your products or services.

This class will focus on providing tips as to what you need to look at, change, and do to continue to create your action plan to maintain current customer relationships while fostering and nurturing new customer relationships.
