This advanced‐level course is designed for existing business owners who
already posses a working knowledge of the software. QuickBooks can be used
to better understand a business’ financial health and as a financial decision‐
making tool. Attend this course and learn how! Course topics will include:
- Using QuickBooks to manage inventory of purchased parts, bills of
materials, and assemblies •
- Restructuring your chart of accounts to gain insight into critical business
areas •
- Using QuickBooks to assess product, division, project or customer level
profitability •
- Using QuickBooks to track the impact of strategic decisions such as
changes in pricing •
- Using QuickBooks data to project cash flows and manage working capital,
debt, and loans •
- Clean up of accrual data entry to prepare for ‘reviews’ or bank
presentations •
- Use QuickBooks data to produce financial projections
