Community Entrepreneurs Phase Two: Business Planning |

Back to Program List The next step in CEP involves getting your business on the right track! In this second phase, you will:
- Determine the feasibility of your business concept
- Work with other business owners and CWE experts to prepare a viable, funding-ready business plan
- Find options for financing your business and understand and organize your financial documents
- Learn how to market yourself and your business to target customers
- Identify solutions to typical start-up problems and challenges
- Learn step-by-step how to start and operate your own business efficiently and effectively
- Actively participate in class time and in one-on-one consulting sessions
*Access to a computer and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is recommended
Boston: - Tuesdays, October 11th- December 20th, January 3rd-10th 6:00pm-9:00pm
Providence: - Tuesdays, October 11th- January 24th 6:00pm-9:00pm
Worcester: - Thursdays, October 20th-January 26th 6:00pm-9:00pm
Fee: $550/fourteen classes (3 hours each). Registration is required. Partial scholarships available to those who qualify. Contact the program manager at the location you are interested in attending.
