The 2017 CWE Women Business Leaders Conference is proud to present our Session Leaders.

Hilary works closely with the Castle team to drive results for clients and growth for the agency. Her expertise includes working with companies in professional and financial services, healthcare, nonprofit, and consumer brands. 

Hilary serves on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Network Advisory Board. She has a BA in Journalism from UMass Amherst. 

Annabel is a Leadership and Professional Development Executive and President & CEO of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute. She works with companies to develop leadership capacity. She ran her own AI company for a period of nine years.

Annabel has a Ph.D. in Social Ethics; an MBA, and is a qualified accountant. 

Denise Kaigler is the founder of MDK Brand Management, which helps clients develop and market their corporate identity, employer brand or personal brand. Prior to MDK, Denise held leadership roles at Reebok, adidas Group, Nintendo and Boston Scientific. She began her career as a television news reporter, anchor and writer. 

Louise Leduc Kennedy, is a business attorney and founder of West Hill Technology Counsel. She has extensive experience advising companies on strategic and commercial matters relating to the development, marketing and sale of products, services and software, as well as expertise in intellectual property and on-line business. Louise loves working with innovative women entrepreneurs. 

Stephanie Paré Sullivan is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Charlesbank, a Boston-based private equity firm.  A former Partner at Goodwin and Managing Director at THL Credit, she oversees Charlesbank’s legal, compliance and administrative operations.  She serves on the Boston Advisory Board of CWE.

Ann Raider is a recognized accomplished entrepreneur and growth business leader in the retail, consumer products and media industries in the US and abroad. She has extensive and diverse experience in building businesses and brands for two-sided markets from creating strategies and tactics to build long-term shareholder value including raising capital and M&A, due diligence and transactions. Her expertise includes pioneering loyalty programs, implementing Omni channel strategies, leveraging digital/social marketing, technology platforms and product innovation

A seasoned and effective public policy professional, building strategic partnerships and community engagement that drives accessible education and workforce development. Passionate about: “Removing systemic barriers that prevent upward mobility; particularly for women.” The Principal of St. Fleur Communications, a former Assistant State Attorney General, Legislator, Municipal leader and Non-profit executive; St. Fleur brings significant, systems building, strategy and advocacy skills and experience to the table.

Raza Shaikh is a technology entrepreneur, board member and angel investor and has built companies in the Big Data, Mobile and Life Science areas. He has worked at The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard for large scale science, runs a team at NorthBay for Big Data consulting, and angel invests with Launchpad Venture Group. Raza Shaikh has been a start-up and small business advisor and mentor helping companies with strategy, fundraising and technology. Raza is member of the Advisory Board at CWE.

Mark Young is Counsel at Vox Actio, a research-driven consultancy that helps professional services firms discern and advance client development priorities.

A lawyer for over 30 years, Mark has served in various roles: agency president and general counsel, CMO and law firm partner.

Mark is a native Bostonian. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his undergraduate degree from Bates College.
