TD Charitable Foundation Supports Center for Women & Enterprise with Donation

March, 2016 –Boston, MA– The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, recently donated a total of $15,000 to the Center for Women & Enterprise as part of the bank’s commitment to giving back to the community.

The Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women start and grow their own businesses.  As New England’s leading organization for women entrepreneurs, CWE works to ensure that all women, regardless of their economic status, are provided access to their programs and services.   

The funds from the TD Charitable Foundation will support financial literacy in MA, with CWE programs for new entrepreneurs just starting a business and business owners looking to build and grow their businesses. The classes and workshops in CWE financial literacy trainings include:

  • Personal Financial Planning
  • Financing Strategies – Learn from the Experts
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting
  • Understand, Manage & Improve Your Credit
  • Understanding Cash Flow Management
