How Mobile Bidding Works

On the night of the event, guests will receive a personalized link that will allow them to browse the silent auction and choose from many great items they would like to bid on.  From the Mobile Bidding Center, guests can place their bid on a selected item, with an option of setting a maximum bid.  They will be notified on their smartphone if they have been outbid.  Bidding volunteers will be in place throughout the night to assist with the bidding process.
Number of Guest(s) At Your Table
Please let me,  or Kate O'Neill,  know the number of guests that you will be bringing so that we can add that to the system and make sure the number of seats are reserved.
